Ski Passes
We follow the general terms and conditions for ski resort services created by the Finnish Ski Area Association and the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman.
Purchasing a ski pass requires a Skidata Keycard, which will be activated the first time you pass through the lift gate. The ski pass must be used on the date selected during the purchase. The ski pass loaded onto the Keycard is personal, and the Keycard has a unique serial number (e.g., 01-1614 7200 2500 3445 8000-01) used for reloading a ski pass to the desired Keycard in the online store.
Children under the age of 6 wearing helmets ski for free when accompanied by an adult with a ski pass.
Season passes are personal, and the user's photo is electronically loaded onto the pass. Misuse of the season pass will result in immediate cancellation.
Purchased products or services cannot be exchanged, modified, or canceled except in cases of illness with a doctor's certificate. For more information about the customer’s right to a refund, please visit: ski.fi
Ski School
We follow the general terms and conditions for ski schools created by the Finnish Ski Area Association and the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman.
The customer is responsible for being at the designated lesson start location with the necessary equipment at the agreed time. Participation in the lesson/course is at the customer’s own risk. The ski school is not obligated to provide insurance for the customer to cover any personal injury caused while skiing.
If the customer cancels their participation in the course at least fourteen days before the course starts, they are entitled to a full refund of the pre-paid reservation fee.
If the customer cancels participation less than fourteen days but at least 24 hours before the course starts, the ski school has the right to retain 50% of the pre-paid reservation fee.
If the customer cancels participation less than 24 hours before the course starts or fails to show up at the agreed lesson start location on time, the ski school is not obligated to refund the pre-paid reservation fee. Furthermore, the ski school is entitled to charge the full course fee, minus any pre-paid reservation fee.
