Useful information for online store customers – please read this first:

Log in to your Skiperformance account. If you don’t have an account yet, register in the store to create one. In the online store, you can purchase Bike Park tickets for KeyCards starting with 01 or 30 — you can find the card number on the back of the card.

You can purchase a ticket in two ways:

Add your own KeyCard number when purchasing the ticket, upload a recognizable photo of the ticket user if needed, and head straight to the lift!

If you don’t have a KeyCard, you can purchase one from the online store when buying a ticket. Redeem your purchase at the ticket office or ticket machines by scanning the QR code in the order confirmation sent to your email.

Ticket machines are located at the bottom station of the chairlift, next to the Tirol, and in Tahkolaakso.

You can pay for your Bike Park ticket with sports and culture benefits (ePassi, Smartum, Edenred) only at the ticket office at the bottom station of the chairlift. If you wish to use these benefits for a season pass purchase, please contact info@tahkomountain.fi.

Please double-check that all ticket information is entered correctly before finalizing your purchase. Tickets can only be exchanged, modified, or cancelled in the case of illness, with a doctor’s certificate.

Note a 5-minute delay before the order becomes active.

All tickets are activated for the first time at the lift gate.
