Good to know information for online shop users - please read this first!

If you have already a KeyCard, you can use it and load your ticket on that and head straight to the slopes. KeyCards starting with numbers 01- and 30- are valid to use. KeyCards starting with number 25- is not valid for the onlineshop. You'll find the KeyCard number on the backside.

If you don’t have a Keycard yet, you can buy it online with your skipass and pick it up at the ticket vending machine using the QR code or from the ticket sales.
Ticket vending machines are located at Tahkolaakso ticket sales, the main lift station Mutteri and on Länsirinteet  (the west side) at Lumilaakso lift station.

Please check carefully all the details before finishing the purchase.

You can use sport benefits (ePassi, SmartumPay, Edenred) only in ticket sales. 

When purchasing a lift pass online there is no right to change, cancel or refund except with the doctor’s notice. Please note a 5-minute delay for order activation.
